Andrea Motes

Andrea worked at Jennifer Joseph's Salon as a receptionist and shampoo technician while attending high school. There, she took cosmetology as one of her classes. It was during those years, she knew she must be a hair stylist. Making a client feel more confident by providing a hair service, while enjoying the blessing of developing a relationship with her clientelle provided a new found joy. Andrea specializes in on the scalp bleach, color correction, ombre/balayage color, and loves to do cuts on long hair that provide style while keeping the length. She is a perfectionist, and also loves the precise shaping involved when waxing eyebrows.
Andrea graduated from Georgia Career Institute in 2006 with honors. She has lived in McDonough her entire life up until a couple years ago. She now resides in Covington with her husband and children.
Andrea has worked at Jennifer Joseph's Salon since 2003. Andrea can't wait to spend some one on one time with you at your upcoming appointment.

Christy Whatley

Christy loves to see a client light up after a big transformation. Her favorite aspect of providing a hair service is getting to know her clients, and making sure their style works for them. She wants to make sure that they'll feel great about their hair when they step out of her chair. Christy specializes in short cuts and stacked bobs, but can easily master any cut. She prides herself on the art of enhancing a persons natural color, and applications that will leave an end result of au naturel.
Christy graduated from Georgia Career Institute in 2005. She grew up in Hampton, but now currently resides in Jackson with her beautiful daughter.
Christy has spent most of her entire hair career at our salon, as she has been with Jennifer Joseph's Salon since 2006. Christy looks forward to meeting you and sending you out the door with a look specifically created to enhance your natural beauty.

Erica Moore

Erica only ever wanted to be in a salon. As soon as she was of working age she quickly landed a job in a salon. Erica lives and breathes the art of doing hair. Determined to educate you with the best techniques on styling as well as the products to achieve your desired look, Erica spares nothing when you are in her chair to make you feel your very best. Her favorite thing is performing new and popular trends, and she is always up for a challenge. Erica is an expert in color correction, and has saved the day for many a client that first walked through our salon in tears. She specializes in vivacious blondes, on the scalp bleach, and short edgy cuts.
Erica graduated from Georgia Career Institute in 2007. She grew up in Conyers, but years ago moved to McDonough, where she currently resides with her husband and children.

Jessica Maloy

Jessica loves that her career provides the ability to continuously meet new people. She finds there is great reward in seeing the end result of any hair process, especially after spending time getting to know the needs of her clients by consulting with them, and working to achieve their desired look. Full of personality and a determination to put a smile on the face of everyone she meets, Jessica prides herself in the ability to send each client out glowing from their service. She specializes in multiple highlighting techniques, including various application patterns with foiling. She also does all over color that can take a ho-hum brown, and with a mix of a specially chosen formula, deliver a rich, luxurious, and breathtaking brown.
Jessica graduated from Georgia Career Institutde in 2013. She grew up in McDonough where she currently resides with her husband.
Jessica has worked at Jennifer Joseph's Salon since 2013. Fully licensed, she started out as a shampoo technician to learn the methods and mission of our salon, and quickly worked her way up to stylist. Jessica can't wait to meet you, promises to put a smile on your face, and a pep in your step by providing you an excellent service whether it is a quick touch up color or a complete new look.

Jessica Ridgeway

Jessica loves expressing her creativity through various colors, all while enjoying the aspect of building relationships with new people. An outgoing personality for sure, Jessica keeps up with new and trendy styles so she can keep her clients happy. She enjoys the ombre/balayage technique. Completely capable to apply over all color, she said she has to admit she loves the overall result of foiling, due to the dimension in the levels it creates. She is a true artist when it comes to color application of any kind, but said she genuinely loves all aspects of hair design. Give her a client with long hair and she can knock out a clean cut that creates movement and hangs softly as luxurious silk.
Jessica graduated from Paul Mitchell the School Atlanta in 2012. She is originally from Jonesboro, Ga, but currently resides in McDonough with her husband and three adorable pups.
Jessica has worked at Jennifer Joseph's Salon since 2013, and while fully licensed worked as a shampoo technician as well as a receptionist to get her foot in the door. Jessica looks forward to having you in her chair and meeting all your hair needs as well as making a new friend.

Katie Barnett

Katie found herself at cosmetology school, followed by four years of the same class in high school, because it seemed like it would be a fun job, and one of her best friends had enrolled as well. Little did she know, the Lord had a much bigger plan. She truly feels her chair is her mission field. She says the best part of her job is all the relationships she has built with her clients, and the fact that blessed with her talent and abilities, she is able to make client feels beautiful and confident after leaving from a service with her. Katie is an expert at pixie cuts, and loves creating various shades of blonde including but not limited to her favorite mastered shade, platinum. She can, with expert application, deliver a soft natural color, or provide a look that will turn heads and stop traffic.
Katie graduated from Georgia Career Institute in 2004. She grew up in Hampton, but now currently resides in Locust Grove with her husband and children.

Katie Hoy

Katie says her biggest reward and the most uplifting part of her job is to make her clients feel good about themselves. She enjoys the opportunity her career provides of getting to meet and work with new people. A hands on person, Katie gets to work skilfully cutting with ultimate precision, and delicately choosing the pattern or placement of your chosen color. Katie specializes in creative hair coloring, various foiling techniques, and applications such as ombre. She also loves to provide waxing
services to her clients. Katie prides herself in her ability to deliver a masterful haircut for both her male and female clients.
Katie graduated from Golden Razor Academy with honors in 2009. She grew up in Covington Ga, but moved to Mcdonough Ga where she currently lives.
Katie has worked at Jennifer Joseph's Salon since 2011. She looks forward to meeting you, spending time getting to know you and providing you an excellent service.

Miranda Hammock

Miranda has a passion for helping her clients feel as confident as possible. She spends her time getting to know the client, evaluating what their need is and providing a style that fits easily into their life. One of her favorite aspects of providing any service, is the time allowed to build lasting relationships with her clients. Miranda's favorite color techniques are ombre and balayage. She is also phenomenal at the art of special event techniques, and regularly stays prebooked for such occasions.
Miranda graduated from Southern Cresent Technical College in 2011. She grew up in McDonough, and currently resides here with her husband.
Miranda has been at Jennifer Joseph's Salon for most of her hair career. She started with us in 2012. Miranda would love the opportunity to meet you, have you in her chair, and help you walk out with a new found confidence.

Samantha Volante

Samantha has always had a passion for all things in the beauty industry. From her first year in the industry, she knew she had found her happy place. She adores the relationship she builds with each client while creating their desired look. Samantha loves keeping up with the new trends and is always excited to try new things. She loves creating beautifully blended balayage, ombré and foils. She is also very experienced in men’s haircuts and beards.
Samantha graduated from Georgia Career Institute in 2015 with honors. She grew up in Ghana west Africa but has called McDonough, GA home since 2010.
Samantha has worked for Jennifer Joseph's Salon since 2020 and is excited to get you in her chair and make your hair dreams come true!

Terrie Perkins

Terrie grew up in a salon as a young child watching her mom who was also a master cosmetologist. It has always been her passion to do hair, and she finds much satisfaction in making people feel good about themselves. She believes the key is a great consultation. She strives to listen intently for what her clients needs and wants are, and then proceeds to deliver exactly that! She is a certified Framesi educator, and is also certified in Japenese hair straightening. Terrie loves to color hair and just as she wears herself, is known for her fabulous reds. Terrie is an expert at color correction. Her haircutting techniques include creative precision cuts by texturizing with a razor. She is available for permanent waves and permanent straighteners. Terrie is often prebooked with formal updo's.
Terrie graduated from Roffler Beauty College of Atlanta in 1988. She grew up in McDonough where she currently resides with her two sons.
